our stay was lovely. but i strongly feel that for a big hotal like the marriott its wrong to charge 10.00 pounds each to park in there carpark.

Lovely hotel for a relaxing weeekend. Breakfast and room service food fantastic. Only small problem was when no twin rooms were available reception questioned how much I had paid for room insisting I had received an upgrade when the room I was in was in fact what I had paid for (except it was a double!)

Wonderful locations and a lovely hotel we also really liked the swimming pool with sea views .The bedroom 302 had a sea view,but it was quite small with a double bed,( not king size) .We talked to the manager of the day and she was very kind and considerate explaining that the hotel was full and very busy. I hope next time to get a bigger Sea view room  with a king size bed.

Me & my wife went for a short weekend away to Bournmouthe. It was our first time there and we Not disappointed, the hotel was great and close to centerly located. Few steps to the beach, 2 streets to the town centre, the breakfast was beautiful every day morning in the hotel. Over all really can't wait to go again.

Good facilities but lots of extras on to the bill which are a bit of a try on. Not convinced they have got the management of the hotel quote right at the moment. Long waiting times at reception.

Other reviewers have commented about the poor check-in procedures at this hotel and I have to agree. First I was going to be charged a room deposit for a booking I had paid in full in advance, and then when I pointed out the error, it took 25 minutes to correct before I finally got my room key. While I'm on the downside, it took ages to get an answer  when I called room service at about 9pm. But don't let that put you off - otherwise I could not fault the hotel: friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room (sea view) and excellent restaurant.

Staff very efficient and friendly nothing to much trouble,will order in disabled equipment for your use. Very happy with room clean and all equipment worked.Lovely swimming pools, Treatment room very basic did not get the feel good factor. Food good and expensive. Car parking a problem. enjoyed every moment.

The hotel was in a great location, good staff, lovely warm pools inside and out. The next time I stay in Bournmouth I will stay at the Marriott.

Great location (try and get a sea view) and most staff are friendly. But check in and out is not a welcoming experience and I remember why I don't choose Marriott for business. They clearly have a fair bit of grief about pre-charging cards and the whole thing is tense. And charging £15 a day for broadband COME ON - these days that's like charging  extra for hot water! I normally choose Radission, now I remember why.
